Introduction

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through THE THIRD PICK website, https://thethirdpick.com/, operated by ZAMS OMNIA EMPIRE (SSM Reg. No. JM1015224-D).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

We ship only to the shipping address entered at checkout.

THE THIRD PICK will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • unreachable phone numbers

  • failed delivery attempts by the courier due to customer unavailability

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days, depending on product availability and order volume.

During peak periods, collection launches, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: approximately 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): approximately 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Deliveries are generally made on working days only.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via SMS, email, or the contact details provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates directly with the courier service once tracking has been issued.


Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been successfully handed over to the courier service, delivery handling is under the responsibility of the respective courier provider.

While we will do our best to assist with delivery-related issues, THE THIRD PICK is not liable for:

  • courier delays

  • failed delivery attempts

  • lost parcels marked as delivered by the courier

  • damages caused during shipping transit beyond our control

However, we will reasonably assist customers in communicating with the courier service when necessary.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on delivery location, parcel weight, and order size.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment confirmation.


Policy Updates

THE THIRD PICK reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
