CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through THE THIRD PICK website, https://thethirdpick.com/ and telegram group operated by ZAMS OMNIA EMPIRE (SSM Reg. No. JM1015224-D).

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped without any cancellation fees.

We recommend submitting cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order to ensure the request can be processed before shipment.

Once approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

As most items are sourced and prepared upon order, all sales are generally considered final unless one of the following applies:

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing item(s)

  • Damaged item upon delivery

  • Failed delivery caused by shipping issues

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection made by customer

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Requests must be made within 7 working days from the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt)

  • Clear photo or video evidence may be required

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and complimentary items must be included

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.

  • clear photos/videos of the item

  • a brief explanation of the issue

We will review the case and provide further instructions accordingly.


Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

For online bank transfers, refunds are typically completed within 3–5 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns may be rejected if:

  • the request is submitted beyond the allowed timeframe

  • insufficient proof is provided

  • the returned item does not match the original order

THE THIRD PICK reserves the right to reject unreasonable or abusive refund requests.
